| Customer Reviews: Thule 516 May 9, 2010 Jay (29 Palms, CA) Works great. Holds the bike at speeds up to 80 mph, attaches to the rest of the rack w/ no problems. Cheaper than ebay.
Can't complain February 3, 2010 JWT (Chicago) Product does what is suppose to do, but can be tough to adjust depending on your fork.
Mounting the Rack November 12, 2009 David Coleman (Mesquite, Texas) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is a very nice product with high quality components. Warning, Item description says it will fit factory roof racks.... this is ONLY true if your factory bars are LESS than 1.25" wide. My Expedition's factory roof rack bars are 2.5" wide, I had to "adapt" it by drilling holes into my front bar to make it work. Good Luck !
Good, not great. April 30, 2009 Iain F. Mcclements 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Installation was a breeze, first time putting a bike on was a little tricky. The tightening bolt is tough to tighten initially, hard to grip if you are 'reaching' or the weather is cold. Rack looks great though and now I've got the hang of it I am very happy. Also recommend locks to secure rack and bike.
For the price, no complaints at all.
